An accident was averted at the Dumna Airport Jabalpur on Sunday after the passengers ferrying bus got reversed timely paving way for the Air India plane to enter the apron area.
An accident was averted at the Dumna Airport Jabalpur on Sunday after the passengers ferrying bus got reversed timely paving way for the Air India plane to enter the apron area.
Dumna Airport director Ramtanu Saha said “I have learnt from the Spice Jet official that the bus carrying some passengers came close to the parked Spice Jet plane while it gave way to the Air India plane entering the apron area”.

He said “the air traffic control has not received any formal complaint as yet from the Air India or Spice Jet in this regard though I have instructed the officials to look into the matter”.
The Air India flight was coming from Bhopal and was going to Hyderabad, he added.
