Bhopal: MANIT students shine in ‘Antaragini 2015’

Students of Maulana Azad National Institute of Technology (MANIT) touched the hearts of audience with their performance in the street play on child labour in Antaragni-2015 Central India's prelims, a road trip to cultural fest of IIT Kanpur, held at University Institute of Technology (UIT), RGPV, on Saturday.

MANIT's Rashtraay secured first position in the street play. As many as 2000 students from across the central India participated in the road trip to fest.

In all, six competitions were organized. In the quiz competition, National Law Institute University (NLIU), Bhopal stood first.

In the dance completion, Truba college students excelled and bagged first position in both Jitterberg, western group dance competition and Estampie, solo dance competition. In modern art competition, UIT RGPV came on first position.

The result of Synchronicity, rock band competition, will be announced on the website.

The annual cultural festival of Indian Institute of Technology Kanpur, is one of the most popular college festivals in India.

The Central India's Roadtrip passed through Bhopal, which was successfully conducted by InSync, the official Cultural Society of UIT-RGPV.
