BJP in Madhya Pradesh on Monday launched simultaneous four-day long 'Nyay Yatra' in all the 29 Lok Sabha seats of the state to expose the Congress-led UPA government’s alleged discrimination against the saffron-party ruled state.
Top party leaders in the state including its candidate from Vidisha constituency, Sushma Swaraj and the state Chief Minister Shivraj Singh Chouhan, launched the ‘Nyay Yatras´ from different constituencies of the state.
Addressing a large gathering on the occasion of the launch of her ‘Nyay Yatra´ from Vijwad in Vidisha, highlighting the discriminatory treatment meted out to the state by the Centre, Swaraj said that there are two types of problems ‘Aasmani (natural) and Sultani (manmade)´.
There is no way you can deal with a natural calamity, but for problems thrusted upon you by the Centre the people have a chance to settle scores during elections.
Presenting before the public long list of discrimination against the state by the UPA government, she alleged that power crisis in the state is because of Centre as it has reduced its quota of power by 382 MW from the central pool.
