BJP leaders demand fielding of MP CM's wife for LS polls

A delegation of BJP leaders from Vidisha has demanded that the Madhya Pradesh Chief Minister Shivraj Singh Chouhan's wife Sadhna Singh should be fielded by the party for the Lok Sabha elections from the Vidisha constituency in the state.

A delegation of BJP leaders from Vidisha has demanded that the Madhya Pradesh Chief Minister Shivraj Singh Chouhan's wife Sadhna Singh should be fielded by the party for the Lok Sabha elections from the Vidisha constituency in the state.

The delegation which on Wednesday met the Madhya Pradesh BJP President Narendra Singh Tomar was led by party MLA from Ganjbasoda in Vidisha district, Hari Singh Raghuvanshi.

Other members of the delegation included Babulal Tamrakar and Mukesh Tandon.

Rampal Singh, who is presently Lok Sabha member from Vidisha, was also a part of the delegation.

Tomar assured the delegation that its demand would be placed before the proper forum in the party.

Meanwhile a section of the party is demanding that Kaptan Singh Solanki, former organising secretary of the Madhya Pradesh BJP be fielded from the Hoshangabad constitutuency.
