The Madhya Pradesh Assembly budget session will commence from February 18 and 24 meetings will be held over a period of 38 days.
Some government departments will put their stalls during the session to showcase the activities of their departments and publicise their self-help groups, said principal secretary of state assembly, Bhagwan Dev Israni.
The computer training programme will continue in this session as well, said Israni. In the last session, about 100 MLAs were provided computer training at the Assembly.
"There will be a 10-day training programme for MLAs. They will be taught the basics of a computer apart from the functioning required for the Assembly proceedings," said Israni.
He said MLAs would also be taught how to produce a digital signature, so that they could send their questions online from the next session. Official mail IDs of all MLAs would be created so that it is used for future correspondence.
Highlighting the computerisation of the state assembly, Israni said after making most of the processes digital, the MP state assembly had saved 2 lakh papers and Rs 37 lakh on paper stationary.
