Congress leader KK Mishra appeared before the special investigation team (SIT) on Monday.
Mishra was asked to appear before the SIT and present facts about the Professional Examination Board (PEB) scam.
Earlier, Mishra had held press conferences and released several documents about the PEB scam, and hence, he was called to the SIT office.
Sources said that Mishra raised a host of issues including the fact that Union minister Uma Bharti hasn’t been quizzed by the Special Task Force (STF) as yet.
Also, the issue of certain top officials in the state including an IAS officer not being quizzed about their links with the PEB scam accused and several aspects of the transport recruitment exam scam, were raised by Mishra, sources added. Mishra had earlier raised questions on the STF's functioning. The Madhya Pradesh high court has appointed SIT, headed by a retired high court judge, to monitor the STF's functioning.
