Narmada Bachao Andolan (NBA) leader Medha Patkar and her 400 supporters were booked by Bhopal police for rioting and causing public nuisance near chief minister Shivraj Singh Chouhan's house on Thursday. The case was registered late on Thursday night, Shyamla Hills police said on Friday.

Medha and her supporters had a minor scuffle with the police when they toppled the barricades put up by the police, before sitting on dharna near the CM House. They were demanding proper rehabilitation of people affected by Sardar Sarovar dam and other projects in Narmada valley.
