Ramzan had crossed into India from Bangladesh after being harassed by his stepmother and neglected by his father. She asked him to come to the Bangladesh border where either his father or his aunt would receive him.She saud it would be easy for her to take him to Pakistan,” said Arambh shelter home director, Archana Sahay adding that he would accompanied by police officials who would hand-over to the Border Security Force(BSF) at the Bangladesh border.
