The Madhya Pradesh High Court on Wednesday sought details from the special task force (STF) on the action taken or proposed on the letter sent to it by the Special Investigation Team (SIT) on March 13.
In the letter the SIT had sought information relating to the progress of the investigation into the Professional Examination Board (PEB) scam.
The SIT, which is monitoring the STF investigation into the scam, submitted its sixth status report on the investigation of MPPEB scam to the court. "The SIT, in its status report, has observed that the STF is complying with the instructions it gave from time to time," additional advocate general PK Kaurav said.
"The SIT further observed that the STF has replied to its queries without delay," he said. A division bench of chief justice AM Khanwilkar and justice Alok Aradhe took on record the sixth status report filed by the SIT.
