It was yet another amazing start to Sunday in Bhopal as Raahgiri Day participants opted for fun ways like acrobatics, yoga, sports, music, dance, fun and frolic to stay fit.

Raahgiri Day has become an occasion for hundreds of people in the city to take part in Bhopal Municipal Corporation (BMC) and district administration's initiative to promote use of public transport.

And, what amused onlookers this Sunday was 83-year-old BJP veteran and state home minister Babulal Gaur grooving to Bollywood film song Saree ke fall sa match kiya re, kabhi chhod ditya dil, kabhi catch kiya re. The minister hit the dance floor when hundreds of people present there prompted him to do so and the grand old man of Bhopal didn't disappoint them.

Gaur is the first minister of Shivraj Singh Chouhan government to participate in Raahgiri Day activities which have been taking place at the Boat Club every Sunday morning for over a month.

In another corner of the Boat Club, Rashtriya Swayam Sevak Sangh (RSS) volunteers were seen exercising in aloofness. It was the first time the RSS volunteers hit the road at Boat Club in their uniforms. The RSS volunteers carrying out their 'shakha' activities also made some heads turn.
