Rahul to launch 'Aam Aadmi Ke Sipahi'

'Aam Aadmi Ke Sipahi', a pet campaign of Congress General Secretary, Rahul Gandhi would formally be launched in his presence at a Sammelan in Indore on November 11.

A number of party leaders including Rahul Gandhi and Youth Congress National President and MP, Ashok Tanwar would participate in the three-day sammelan, Madhya Pradesh Youth Congress Spokesman, Kunal Choudhary said in Bhopal.

"Training would be given to workers at the Sammelan following which the Congress General Secretary would himself command them to leave for villages after giving them targets to achieve," Choudhary said.

During the launch of the campaign, Rahul's team, comprising of the campaign's National Co-ordinator and Freedom Fighter Lokmanya Gangadhar Tilak's grandson, Rohit Tilak, Jitendra Singh Bhanwar, Yashomakti Thakur, Abdul Hafiz Gandhi, Madhya Pradesh Youth Congress President, Jeetu Patwari and all states Youth Congress Presidents would be present.

'Aam Aadmi Ka Sipahi' would be made at the Panchayat level and under it three workers including a woman will be deployed in every Panchayat.

Teams of co-ordinators have been formed from divisional to block levels to monitor the campaign regularly.
