SHO suspended for not filing chargesheet against accused
Shahpura Police Station House Officer Dinesh Dwivedi has been suspended for failing to file charge-sheet within the 90-day stipulated time after arresting former MLA Ashok Veer Vikram Singh alias Bhaiya Raja in connection with Tigi Bai suicide case.

Dwivedi was suspended on Saturday as he failed to file the charge-sheet in the court within the time, Superintendent of Police (South) Yogesh Choudhary said. On June 25, Bhaiya Raja got the bail in connection with the suicide committed by his domestic help Tiji Bai.
Bhaiya Raja and his wife BJP MLA Asha Rani and others have been charged with abetting the suicide of Tigi Bai. Tigi Bai was found charred to death at Raja Bhai's Kolar area residence under mysterious circumstances in 2007. Bhaiya Raja was arrested on the charge of wrong confinement of Tiji Bai, torturing and abetting her to commit suicide.
