A 20-year-old youth succumbed to dengue-related complications at the Hamidia Hospital on Saturday. This takes the seasonal toll of dengue deaths in Bhopal to seven.
A 20-year-old youth succumbed to dengue-related complications at the Hamidia Hospital on Saturday. This takes the seasonal toll of dengue deaths in city to seven.
Hamidia Hospital sources said that Deepak, 20, a resident of Indira Nagar, had been admitted in the hospital late on Friday night in a very serious condition. He was put on ventilator, but succumbed to complications on Saturday.

Chief medical and health officer Dr Pankaj Shukla could not be contacted for comments as his cellphone remained switched off. Before Hamidia Hospital, the victim was treated at JP district hospital and a private hospital near 12 number bus stop.
