Akshay Kumar, Ameesha Patel, Shiney Ahuja and Vidya Balan starrer Bhool Bhulaiya completes 10 years of its release today.

The film Bhool Bhulaiya, starring actors Akshay Kumar, Vidya Balan, Shiney Ahuja and Paresh Rawal released in 2007, but is one of those rare films which have stood the test of time. It still remains one of the most hilarious films Bollywood has ever produced, mainly due to the top-notch comic acts put up by the cast. An official remake of the 1993 Malayalam film, Manichitrathazhu, starring Mohanlal and Shobana, the story revolves around a house which is believed to be haunted, but it is revealed that the truth is far from what the audience expected.

While the horror elements were very effective, the comedy scenes from the film still find many takers. Here are 5 such scenes from the film that are bound to leave you in splits:

In this scene featuring Akshay with Ameesha Patel (whom he is in love with), the domestic help complains to Ameesha about his flirtatious nature. Ameesha, meanwhile is unimpressed with Akshay.

The bathroom scene, due to the misunderstanding, proves that Akshay Kumar’s comic timing is impeccable.

Akshay’s entry scene is clearly one of the best in the film. Shiney Ahuja has called Akshay’s character, Aditya, from United States to examine Ameesha, who, he believes, is mentally challenged. Paresh Rawal, who believes that the supposed ghost is everywhere in the house, plays the part brilliantly.

This scene reinstates the fact that Rajpal Yadav is genuinely one of the funniest men in the business. His comic timing is so bang on, that he shines even in small roles.

Bonus for all Rajpal Yadav fans out there!
