Yesteryear classic Sholay releases in a 3D makeover today. Martin Scorsese's The Wolf Of Wall Street also opens on Friday. What's more? Mr Joe B Carvalho and The Secret Life of Walter Mitty also hit theatres. Read on for previews.

Synopsis: This iconic 1975 film is being re-released in 3D format. The story revolves around ex-police inspector Thakur Baldev Singh, who recruits two convicts Veeru and Jaidev in order to avenge the brutal killings of his family members by the notorious bandit Gabbar Singh. Thakur brings Jaidev and Veeru to a small village that is the main target of Gabbar. When Gabbar learns that Jai and Veeru have come to kill him, he starts murdering all the residents of the village, one by one.

Carlos reaches India with a mission to accomplish, while MK too wants the same job. Joe, in search of Nina, accidentally lands up in Carlo’s hotel room. And, MK mistakes him for Carlos. Worse, Shantipriya, the cop assigned to tackle Carlos, is also Joe’s ex-girlfriend, and starts to believe that the man she used to love has turned into a brute killer!

47 Ronin

Synopsis: 47 Ronin takes a leaf out of ancient Japan’s most enduring tale. Keanu Reeves leads the cast as Kai, an outcast who joins Oishi, leader of 47 outcast samurai. Together they seek vengeance upon the treacherous overlord who killed their master and banished their kind. To restore honour to their homeland, the warriors embark upon a quest that challenges them with a series of trials that would destroy ordinary warriors.
