Aamir Khan, the Bollywood perfectionist, keeps setting new goals and achieving them. He has been doing this with one self-imposed rule: One film at a time.
But it seems he is finally going to break it.
If reports are to be believed then Aamir Khan is going to work on not one but three films at the same time.
He has already said yes to playing a cameo in his friend Advait Chauhan’s Secret Superstar. He agreed to play this role while shooting for the first leg of Dangal.
He has also finalised his dates for Vijay Krishna Acharya’s Thugs Of Hindostan, which also has Amitabh Bachchan. This one is scheduled to hit the screens on Diwali, 2018.
And now we hear that he has agreed in principle to play the role of Rakesh Sharma, India’s celebrated astronaut. The final script for the film is yet to be drafted, but it has already got a title: Saare Jahaan Se Achcha.
“Since it’s a biopic on the astronaut’s life, the team wanted a name that will not only suit the biographical film but also have a patriotic feeling attached. They had two names in mind - Salute and Saare Jahaan Se Achcha and they are going ahead with the latter. It makes more sense,” DNA quoted a source as saying.
