Amit Sadh is finding good recognition coming his way. If after Kai Po Che! he soon bagged UTV's romcom, there is another film, this time with Eros and Viki Rajani, that has come his way. A thriller, 10 Janpath (as the title suggests) has a political premise to it and brings Amit into an unexplored territory again. Also, the buzz is that his part in the film is quite hard hitting.

"There is no escaping a strong special set up in 10 Janpath either," says Viki, "The title by itself says it all. Amit just fitted the bill. The film is also special for us since it brings Aditya, Paresh Rawal, Eros and me together again after Table No. 21, which again had a social theme to it."

Though the makers (Eros International and Next Gen Films Production) are tight-lipped about the plotline of 10 Janpath, our source informs that the film has an absolutely original storyline and is pretty relevant to the current state of the country.

When contacted, Amit confirmed the developments. He said, "20 minutes into the narration and I knew that I wanted to do this film. I have watched Aditya Datt's Table No. 21 and really liked it. I know that I am working with a good director. As for Paresh Rawal, what can I say? He is the kind of talent that every actor would dream to work with. I am very excited to be in the same frame as him. Moreover, I am honoured to work with such production houses. It's very encouraging for a new talent like me to get backing from people like these."

Paresh Rawal added, "I was really excited when I heard the script idea and having worked with Aditya and Viki on Table No. 21, I was sure they would have something really exciting to offer me again."

10 Janpath would be prominently shot in Delhi and goes on floors this winter.

Aditya said, "I am looking forward to shooting 10 Janpath. Since it's a thriller with the premise of politics, it's is a first for me as well. I am right now on the final stages of scripting."
