Anushka Sharma and Virat Kohli were spotted at the airport on Friday. The celebrity couple was off to Bengaluru. See pictures and video here.

Anushka Sharma and her cricketer husband Virat Kohli are easily one of the most popular celebrity couples in India. Whenever they are spotted, they are sure to make headlines. What’s more, all their social media posts go viral in no time too.

On Friday, the couple was spotted at the Mumbai airport, leaving for Bengaluru. In a video clip, now online, the couple can be seen alighting from their car and walking towards the airport. Anushka wears a big smile and Virat seems to be in a happy frame of mind. Both are casually dressed.

It may be recalled that soon after the release of her film Zero last year, Anushka left for Australia to join Virat, who was stationed down under for a cricket series between India and Australia.

 

Together, the couple posted a chunk of pictures from Australia, and then New Zealand, much to the delight for their many fans. In fact, Anushka rang in 2019 in Sydney with Virat.

In fact, their trip may have ended but viral videos and pictures keep cropping up, every now and then. Just recently, a video of Anushka pulling Virat’s cheek indulgently, while on a boat trip, was enthusiastically shared by her fans.

Some time back, Anushka had a hilarious interaction with one of her doppelgangers, American singer-songwriter Julia Michales.

In fact, it was Julia, who had reached out to Anushka and had written on Twitter in early February this year: “Hi @AnushkaSharma apparently we’re twins lol” sharing a collage of the two of them.

Anushka too had an epic reaction to her lookalike. “OMG YES! I’ve been looking for you and the remaining 5 of our dopplegangers all my life,” Anushka had replied to Julia’s tweet.

Anushka will be producing a feature for Netflix named Bulbul. Speaking about her future plans, she had told Hindustan Times, “The best situation for me to be in - as an actor as well as the audience - would be to watch a film which is entertaining but it must also leave some thoughts - in a very subtle manner - in your mind to ponder over.”

2018 was a mixed bag for Anushka with Zero failing at the box office but Sui Dhaaga, in which she co-starred with Varun Dhawan, hitting the bull’s eye.
