The cricketer believes that the game is his priority and hopes to make a comeback to it, but he will take up more films if offered. He refers to acting as his ‘second career option’.

Stating that there is an evident parallel between an actor and a cricketer, Asif hopes that people will give him a second chance to make a name for himself.
