Known for his cinematic legacy, good looks and acting prowess, one would think that Ranbir Kapoor is doing enough as a Bollywood actor.

But the actor believes in taking it a notch higher, and has lent his voice for a new Barfi song, Fatafati.

In a just-released video from UTV Motion Pictures, the producers of Anurag Basu's Barfi, Ranbir Kapoor is seen in a singer avatar.

The video starts with the making of the song, with the footage of Ranbir Kapoor talking with director Anurag Basu about how he has no 'sur' or 'taal' and how he doesn't think that he will be able to sing.

The video shows the production of the song with the entire crew, with funny anecdotes and frolic around the sets.

The interesting part of the song besides Ranbir Kapoor singing it is the lyrics. The lyrics of the song are multi-lingual!


Singing in Hindi, Bengali and English, Ranbir Kapoor is trying to figure out the meaning of the word 'fatafati' which means awesome in English.

This is a joyous song, and shows how much fun the team of Barfi had during its filming. With catchy beats and out-of-the-box lyrics, this song is sure to get stuck in everyone's mind.
