Actor Amitabh Bachchan is set to re-create the iconic dance scene from his yesteryears’ hit, My Name Is Anthony Gonsalves, from the film Amar Akbar Anthony (1977). The song will be a part of the upcoming flick, Bol Bachchan.
In the original video of the song, Bachchan made his entry by popping out of a life-sized egg, and the scene will now be replicated for the Bol Bachchan title track video. The 69-year-old has also sung the song which will feature dialogues from Amar Akbar Anthony, and other hits that he has starred in. The number has been composed by actor-music director, Himesh Reshammiya, and choreographed by Chinni Prakash. The song will take four days to shoot and is scheduled to be complete by May 12.
Bol Bachchan is directed by Rohit Shetty and stars actors Ajay Devgn, Abhishek Bachchan, Asin and Prachi Desai in the lead roles. The film will hit theatres on July 6.
