Shehenshah of Bollywood would be seen sharing screen space with the Hawa Hawai girl Sridevi almost after 18 years in English Vinglish. The duo last starred together in Khuda Gawah.
Amitabh Bachchan says the actress is "still spontaneous and lovely".
"Sridevi still the same ... spontaneous and lovely..!!," Bachchan said on micro-blogging site Twitter.
Before Khuda Gawah, they were seen together in films like Inquilaab and Akhree Raasta.
Big B and Sridevi will star in director R Balki's wife Gauri Shinde's directorial debut film, English Vinglish.
"Shooting today with the effervescent SriDevi after eternity almost...for R Balki's wife's directed film English Vinglish," Bachchan said.
Big B and Balki have worked together in films like Cheeni Kum and Paa.
The film, which is touted as Sridevi's comeback to Bollywood will see her essay the role of a housewife, who enrolls for a spoken English course to impress her husband and family. Big B will be seen making a special appearance in the film.
Sridevi was last seen in a full-fledged role in 1997 film Judaai with Anil Kapoor and Urmila Matondkar.
