Actor Shah Rukh Khan lost oodles of weight while shooting for Ra.One recently. “Yes, I have lost a lot of weight,” he was quoted as saying.
For playing a superhero, SRK had to don a body suit for long hours. “The suit is made of silicon, styrofoam and rubber and, after wearing that suit for hours daily, you tend to lose weight. I sweat a lot inside the suit,” he explained.
Saif Ali Khan
Weight lost: 9 kgs
For: Agent Vinod
Actor Saif Ali Khan, too, is in the league of actors who have lost some flab for a role. The chote nawab lost around nine kilos in three months to get fit and look right for his role in Agent Vinod. “Saif has lost nine kilos in three months. He has all toned and rippling muscles. He looks great,” his girlfriend Kareena Kapoor was quoted as saying.
Weight Lost: 3-4 kgs

The curvaceous lass Neha Dhupia, who has often been criticised for her well-endowed hips, lost weight for Vipul Shah’s Action Replayy that starred Akshay Kumar and Aishwarya Rai Bachchan along with her. Dhupia, who will be seen next in Hitler, toned down her derriere for the movie by engaging in some heavy-duty exercise.

Actor Katrina Kaif, who is on a high these days with her sizzling Shiela ki jawani... number being a chart-topper, shed eight kilos for the same. Director Farah Khan was quoted as saying, “When I told Katrina about the song, she just told me that she needs to tone her body more. Though, I never told Katrina to lose weight, her dedication is tremendous.”

Actor Aamir Khan is a perfectionist and is all set to lose around 11 to 12 kgs for playing the character of a cop in his upcoming movie. And the process towards the same has already begun.
Confirming the same, Aamir said, “I have already lost four kilos and have to lose much more. I am keeping a close watch on my diet.”
