Bipasha Basu makes a new style statement: Here’s how to ace her look
Actor Bipasha Basu says that she is garnering quite some attention for her cool new transformation.
Bipasha Basu Singh Grover, who was last seen in the movies like Creature 3D and Alone, is known for her gym regimen and toned physique. Apparently, she has now changed her workout routine, which is the reason behind her current look.
Bipasha says, “Wherever I am going, everyone is loving my new look — be it an event, a salon or a gym.” About the change in her fitness routine, the actor says, “My current routine is focused on heavy weight training and cardio with high resistance. I don’t have one particular routine ever.”
Bipasha confesses that dieting is difficult for her. “I am trying to diet, which is tough for me. However, it’s on hold till Diwali (October 30). Post Diwali, it will begin again,” she says, stressing that “nothing happens overnight”. “To achieve anything, discipline and patience is required. All good things take some time,” she adds.

“Every body type is different, so it responds differently to different workout routines. You have to see what works best for you to improve your overall health, stamina and other aspects that lead to a fit body,” says Bipasha.
The actor married Karan Singh Grover on April 30, 2016, and has not starred in any movie project thereafter.
