Bipasha Basu quells pregnancy rumours again, calls it irritating

This is the second time in Bipasha Basu’s nearly two years of marriage to Karan Singh Grover that such a rumour has started doing the rounds. In March 2017, the gossip mills were abuzz with her pregnancy news.

Bollywood diva Bipasha Basu, who married TV actor Karan Singh Grover in April 2016, is tired of dismissing rumours about her pregnancy. On January 17, she took to Twitter to quell such a rumour and sounded irritated.

She wrote: “Amused yet again. I kept a bag on my lap while getting into my car and certain media ppl started my pregnancy speculation again. Guys i am not pregnant. Kinda getting irritating. Stay calm.. it will happen only when we want it.”

Apparently, this is the second time in her nearly two years of marriage that such a rumour has started doing the rounds. In March 2017 too, the gossip mills were abuzz with her pregnancy news.

She had written then: “The curiosity about me being pregnant...is sweet and a tad annoying. I am sorry to disappoint the ppl who are so eager for this to happen.” And continued, “We are not planning to have a baby right now.When we do plan..it will be joyous news which we will share with our well wishers then.” She ended it by saying, “The constant guessing game is tiring..as am more than straightforward person.So pls do not believe anything that gets written.Thank you all.”

Bipasha and Karan got married on April 30, 2016 in a private ceremony in Mumbai, which was a mix of Bengali and Punjabi rituals. For Bipasha, this was her first marriage, while for Karan it was his third one.
