A black belt in taekwondo, Akshay Kumar started training in martial arts from a young age. In addition to taekwondo, he possesses knowledge of other martial art forms including karate and Muay Thai. The actor also runs free of cost martial arts classes for women in Mumbai and plans to open self-defence training centres across the country.

Shah Rukh Khan’s love for sports is not hidden, be it owning a cricket team or talking about the importance of sports at various public platforms. He used to be a hockey player in his school days and even served as the captain of his school’s hockey and cricket teams.
Besides making women swoon over his good looks, Milind Soman is also a role model for fitness enthusiasts. Apart from being a swimmer and a cyclist, the athlete has been dubbed as the Ironman, after he successfully completed the Ironman Triathlon in Switzerland in July, 2015. He also completed the Ultraman challenge that took place in Florida earlier this year.

The actor’s initiation into football happened at a very young age, and he has also played professionally in the Indian A-Division. His love for the sport is not unknown and he also owns a football team.
Besides being Bollywood’s go-to funny man, Riteish Deshmukh is an avid cricketer. The actor was captain of Veer Marathi, a team which he also owned in the Celebrity Cricket League. In January last year, he also played badminton with his co-actors Abhishek Bachchan and Akshay Kumar as part of the promotional tour for his film.
When Vidyut Jamwal is not busy defying death and kicking the bad guys’ onscreen, he does martial arts. The actor is trained in Kalaripayuttu, a martial art from Kerala, beginning his training when he was just three years old.
