They are best remembered for their romantic outing in the 1989 classic, Chandni. Years later, even as the world celebrates Valentine’s Day, on-screen lovers Sridevi and Rishi Kapoor are set to come together to launch the music album of Tusshar Kapoor-Kulraj Randhawa starrer Chaar Din Ki Chandni. Tusshar, apparently, went all out to convince the yesteryear on-screen couple to do the honour.
“Tusshar was keen that the two make it to the event. And he is very happy that both agreed,” says a unit insider. Interestingly, director Samir Karnik’s film also has the remixed title track of Yash Chopra’s romantic caper. Famous R&B band RDB has remixed the song. “I am a huge fan of Rishi Kapoor and Sridevi and have grown up listening to their iconic songs. And it feels absolutely great to pay a tribute to the legendary couple through my film,” says Tusshar.
