Deepika Padukone has had three back-to-back hits this year, but her lucky streak seems restricted to her films.
The actor has injured her back while shooting for a dance sequence in the past. Reportedly, she also suffered from severe swelling and scratches while dancing on a rough surface.
Her latest accident occurred on the sets of Ram Leela, where she apparently burnt her hand while shooting a scene in which she is holding a dhoop-dhan (metal bowl used to carry lit incense sticks).
For the shot, Deepika was required to hold it for quite some time, and ended up scalding her hands. However, she bravely continued shooting without any complaints.LATEST ON RAMLEELA

Sanjay Leela Bhansali's films are a visual treat. The director's Hum Dil De Chuke Sanam and Devdas were not only vast in canvas, they also had the perfect blend of colours and emotions.
The director's latest flick Ramleela looks like a pot pourri of all his previous films - we see a bit of Khamoshi The Musical, a lot of Hum Dil De Chuke Sanam and in the new song, Nagada Sang Dhol Baje, Devdas is re-visited.
The number also looks inspired by the Dholitaro Dhol Baje number from Hum Dil De Chuke Sanam. CONTINUE READING
