The first trailer of Mahesh and Mukesh Bhatt's Khamoshiyan --Silences Have Secrets is out. Starring Ali Fazal, Sapna Pabbi and Gurmeet Choudhary, this horror flick looks scary. The Bhatts have also thrown in skin show in good measure in the film. Wonder why.

Written by Vikram Bhatt and directed by Karan Darra, Khamoshiyan is a horror movie on a writer, who, in search of a story, meets Sapna and finds her mysteriously interesting. The music for the movie has been composed by Ankit Tiwari and Jeet Ganguly.

TV actors Sapna Pabbi and Gurmeet Choudhary make their Bollywood debut with this flick. Sapna, who was last seen in Anil Kapoor's TV series 24, plays a lonely, weird woman. Gurmeet, on the other hand, appears as a ghost in the trailer! And his appearances certainly scare. Ali Fazal is an unsuccessful, romantic writer who is in search of a good story with grey shades.

Keeping in tune with Bhatt production, this too has its own share of racy scenes. Even the two-and-half-minute trailer has enough skin-show. Earlier, Mahesh Bhatt had compared Khamoshiyan to Kamal Amrohi's 1969 Mahal (starring Ashok Kumar and Madhubala) and said that Khamoshiyan will "bring back the intrigue of Mahal". If anything, this is likely to remind you of Bipasha Basu-John Abraham-starrer Jism, especially when the trailer ends with Sapna's voice saying, "Hum jism nahi rooh ko bus me karne ka shauq rakhte hain. Ujaalon mein nahi, andheron mein sawarte hain."

And just before the trailer ends, we see a man screaming, spewing fire from his mouth, and the words written on the Microsoft Word file on a laptop get deleted along with his screams! Scary for a writer, for sure!
