Actor-producer Sachiin Joshi, who makes his debut in Aazaan, as an informant who goes undercover to save India from the biological threat of the deadly ebola virus with a fatality rate of 90 per cent, has trained extensively in Krav maga and Kalaripayatu. He has also been shooting in freezing temperatures lately.
Recently, he filmed a torture scene in the basement of a fort in Marrakech, Morocco, for which he stood bare-bodied for 12 hours at -4 degree celsius. Director Prashant Chadha confirms the news, “This is a demanding film, both for the cast and the crew. We have shot in sub-zero temperatures in Poland, France and Germany and in difficult terrain in Morocco, Sudan and Algeria... Aazaan is an edgy, kinetic film with its heart in the right place”
