Bollywood actor Rishi Kapoor celebrates his 63rd birthday on Friday.

Actor Rishi Kapoor, who celebrates his 63rd birthday on Friday, is easily one of the most entertaining celebrities on Twitter and has time and again displayed his sassiest best with 140 characters on the social media platform.

Kapoor has been winning hearts on the silver screens for over three decades now. He has proven himself as the deadly and loathsome Rauf Lala in Hrithik Roshan-starrer Agneepath, the lovable and cute Goel uncle from Parineeti Chopra-starrer Shuddh Desi Romance and the middle-class schoolteacher Mr Duggal in Do Dooni Chaar.

He has also been winning fans on Twitter - which he joined in 2010 but got active only a few months ago - with his opinionated, self-deprecating and charming self. And has created enough storms online with his frank and outspoken tweets.

Here, we take a look at five instances where people went crazy over what Kapoor had to say in his sarcastic and smart tweets:

1. Indrani Mukerjea

As India continues to be obsessed with the sensational

Sheena Bora murder case

, Kapoor described the accused, media tycoon

Indrani Mukerjea

, as a "real weirdo". She had met the actor to discuss a TV project some years earlier. He tweeted, "Indrani Mukherjee came to offer me something on TV years back. She was a real weirdo then too.Imagine killing your own daughter!Real shocking."

2. Radhe Maa

When the internet was abuzz with the all red

Radhe Maa

pictures - both in sarees and mini-dresses - Kapoor had his own share of sarcasm to share with the Twitterati. He shared a picture of FTII chairperson Gajendra Chauhan and Radhe Maa and wrote, "An aspiring FTII student blessing an spiring FTII Principal. Jai ho Radhe Radhe!!!"

3. Beef ban

When Maharashtra

banned the sale of beef

in the state, people expressed their anguish and went all guns against the ban. Kapoor, had a piece of advice for both beef lovers and the government: "If it is the problem of slaughtering our "Gau mata"then the government should allow importing beef which was banned until now.All happy then."

4. Weird glam world

The common people and Bollywood fans keep wondering about the behaviour and attitude of film stars, and we end every discussion with 'that's how THEY live'. However, we came to know that even a rank insider - Kapoor - has similar questions. He once tweeted, "Why do male/female actors wear dark sun glasses in the NIGHT specially at parties and airports where media hang around? Someone tell me this".

5. Career prospects

It is not just the world outside the tinsel town that Kapoor can laugh at and be brutally honest about. He also does the same for his own industry and put himself to the scrutiny. He once shared a picture of a restaurant named RK Chinese Fast Food and wrote: "My future. After all the bashing I have got and threats to boycott my films ab bas Ye hi reh gaya hai!"
