After Kareena backed out of Madhur Bhandarkar's next venture -

Heroine,

buzz is that Aishwarya Rai Bachchan is all set to play the lead.

While director Madhur has denied approaching Ash for the role, a source revealed that the rumour is true. According to the source, "When Madhur says he hasn't approached Aishwarya for the role, he is technically correct. He didn't directly approach her. UTV did. But Madhur will have a meeting with Aishwarya only after he alters the script," reports Mid Day.

Buzz is that the Guzaarish star has agreed to do the film on the condition that she won't do intimate scenes in the film. Co-producers of the film, UTV believed that no one could do justice to the role better than the diva and have subsequently asked Bhandarkar to chop off love-making scenes from the script.

AshReportedly, Bebo walked out of the project because she didn't want to do the passionate love-making scenes and the script too closely resembled her real life relationship with Saif and his ex-wife Amrita Singh.
