Powerhouse actress Richa Chadda better known her bold and brash roles in films like Gangs of Wasseypur and Fukrey , will now have audiences witness her softer side as she steps into Sanjay Leela Bhansali's Ram-Leela world.

Essaying the character of Rasila , Richa stepped into the shoes of a traditional Gujarati girl , spending a significant amount of time learning the language. Says Richa, "Rasila is a combination of sugar and spice,with that she is beautiful and sensual.She is traditional and binds the family together."

All praise for her director Sanjay Leela Bhansali adds the actress, "I took on the part without having read the script.It is any actor's dream to work with Bhansali and I'm lucky to have the opportunity to learn from him".

Eros International & Sanjay Leela Bhansali’s Ram-Leela starring Deepika Padukone and Ranveer Singh is scheduled to release November 15th 2013.
