The team of horror flick Aatma— actors Bipasha Basu, Nawazuddin Siddiqui and director Suparn Verma— visited the HT City house recently. Bipasha, who looked pretty in a one-shoulder gown, shared her fitness secret with us.

“I love to live. People say they want to live till 60 but I want to live till 100. I want to age gracefully without any problems. We should all invest in our health. I take out one hour for my body everyday no matter what. It’s like meditation. If our body fails, then you can’t do anything. Strengthening your lower body is most important as the weight of your whole body falls on it,” says the super fit actor.

-Nawazuddin have been starred opposite each other for the first time. While Bips says, “Nawazuddin is insane. It was a delight to work with him,” Nawazuddin, too, is all praises for her, “I was nervous initially. We make an image of an actor since they are so glamorous. But after working with her, I felt like I’m working with a real actor. It was great.”

Bipasha, who has been a part of horror films before like Raaz (2002), Darna Zaroori Hai (2006) and Raaz 3 (2012), says this film is nothing like what she has done before. “Even though it’s a supernatural film, there are a lot of emotions in it. The film is about the

attachment with your child. It’s not a predictable Indian horror film. Suparn’s style of direction is different from other horror films that I have done so far,” says the 34-year-old Bengali beauty.
