Actor Ajay Devgn says he wants no two big banner movies to be pitted against each other to ensure that nobody in the industry suffers.

After the long-drawn battle over the allotment of screens between his Son of Sardaar and Jab Tak Hai Jaan, gossip mills are abuzz that his next Rohit Shetty film, Singham 2 is likely to hit screens next year on Independence Day along with Akshay Kumar’s Gabbar.

"We are thinking about it (release on Independence Day). Let’s see what happens as we are yet to begin shooting. I’d like to clarify that there is no clash with anyone,” Ajay says. "I would want no two films to get released together so that nobody suffers. But if you have to clash, then you have to go all out like I did with Son of Sardaar and came out victorious."
