Actor Jacqueline Fernandez’s small screen debut isn’t really taking off the way she’d have wanted. Reports suggest that the makers of dance reality show Jhalak Dikhhla Jaa, who went on a publicity blitzkrieg for roping in Jacqueline as one of their judges, are upset with the way she’s “giving out points” to the contestants. Her film, A Flying Jatt with Tiger Shroff, released in theatres on Thursday.
A report in DNA claimed that the creative team of the show is not happy with her. “It’s true Jacqueline doesn’t have any starry airs around her and shakes a leg willingly with the contestants. But what has irked the team is the way she is judging the show. They are not happy with the way she is doling out marks to the contestants. She gives a thanda response and less marks to those who dance well and she awards good scores to those who have performed badly,” it quoted a source as saying.
The report also claimed that Jacqueline takes two-hour long breaks between shots and that delays everyone’s schedule.
Hindustan Times could not independently verify the report.
