For her negative role in Krrish 3, Kangana has worked hard not only on her svelte body but also in getting the right look.
We have been told that a lot of research went into finding the perfect shoes which the actor had to pair with her latex body suit. Initially, a team that included producer director Rakesh Roshan, designer Gavin Miguel and Kangana chose spiked shoes for the character but later switched to high heels. And just when the outfits and the look were locked, the makers decided to opt for shoes with in-built heels.
Gavin says, “After the research, I had a lot of ideas, which I put forward. Just like the clothes, I wanted detailing for the shoes too. We had discussions about having flat boots which would be comfortable during fights scenes. But I wasn’t convinced. So I spoke to Kangana and Mr Roshan. They were vary about the flat boot idea, but wanted to see it once. Fortunately, what popped out was Alexander Mcqueen in his collection.”
It took Gavin a month to get the shoes handcrafted by a company. “Kangana was amazed at the fit and comfort; that finally closed our look. The shoes are a very strong part of her look and they create a balanced style,” he says.
