Kareena Kapoor is known to interact selectively with reporters, batting away questions about her personal life with practised dexterity. Now she is set to experience the other side of that interaction as she prepares to play a journalist in Prakash Jha’s Satyagraha. And to make her character as believable as possible, the makers of the film are setting up a state-of-the-art news studio for her in Bhopal, reveals an insider.

“Kareena’s character keeps the others on edge with her reporting. So the film has a major newsroom section,” says the insider. The film, where Amitabh Bachchan is apparently playing social activist Anna Hazare, will be shot mainly in Bhopal and New Delhi. The newsroom set has been built in Bhopal as it offers more space.
