Salman Khan and film-maker Sajid Nadiadwala are leaving no stone unturned to ensure their Eid release, Kick, generates the right amount of buzz. They are going all out with the film’s promotions and planning aggressive marketing strategies for the same.
An industry source says, “The release of the film is expected to lead to an increase in the footfall at multiplexes as well as single screen cinemas. Theatre owners are very excited because the film is releasing during a festive time. From ensuring their theatres are in good condition to preparing themselves for crowd management, they are making sure everything is in place.”

Trade analyst Vajir Singh says, “The buzz and excitement about Kick is tremendous. It is going to be an experience for Salman’s fans around the world.”
Trade analyst Taran Adarsh agrees, adding, “The craze for Kick is humongous among the audience. Salman and Eid is the biggest combination (sic). The theatrical trailer, too, has generated great response. Salman apni Eidi lene zaroor aayega. (Salman will come to take his Eidi).”
Ashish Saksena, COO, Big Cinemas says, “Kick is, by far, the most anticipated film of the year. This is evident by the hysteria that the trailer has generated. Due to our presence in big cities and smaller towns, we are extremely excited about the film. We are getting an amazing number of inquiries from audiences.”
