Konkona among writers for NFDC script lab
The National Film Development Corporation has selected nine writers whose works will be a part of the script lab to be held from October 2014 to March 2015. Konkona's script has also been selected for this lab.
The National Film Development Corporation (NFDC) has selected nine writers whose works will be a part of the script lab to be held from October 2014 to March 2015. Actress Konkona SenSharma and editor Ranjeet Bahadur are among the nine whose scripts have been chosen.
The first session of the lab will be held in Pune from October 12 to 17. This will be followed by two more sessions of screenwriting workshops and one-to-one consultation over the next six months.
The nine screenwriters will also attend a programme on scripts at the NFDC Film Bazaar from November 20 to 24. The Bazar will take place along with the International Film Festival of India in Panaji. The writers will get an opportunity to introduce their scripts to Indian and international movie delegates attending the Bazaar.
