Like many young actors in Bollywood, Kriti Sanon has also been vocal about her admiration for Shah Rukh Khan. And although she will share screen space with him in a Rohit Shetty film, she still remains a big fan of the actor. Recently, she revisited one of his biggest blockbusters, Dilwale Dulhaniya Le Jayenge (1995). Kriti went to Maratha Mandir, the only theatre in the country still screening the film, to watch the movie with one of her friends.
“She has watched the film several times, but since she shifted to Mumbai (from Delhi) for her Bollywood career, she did not want to miss the opportunity to watch the film at Maratha Mandir,” says a source.
The actor made sure that no one recognised her at the theatre. “Kriti had hid her face with a cloth, and wore sunglasses while entering, so that people would not recognise her,” adds the source.
While Kriti remained unavailable for a comment, her spokesperson confirmed the news.
