I loved every minute of shooting for Golmaal 3. It was a wonderful experience and I don’t see a reason why I shouldn’t be a part of Golmaal 4," says actor Kunal Khemu.
The actor, who made his Golmaal franchise debut with the third sequel of the movie released last week, is basking in the glory of its success.
"The Golmaal set of movies is a great franchise in Indian cinema. Each release has been bigger than the one before. Rohit (director Rohit Shetty) hasn’t started work on a script yet. But the movie will probably release in two years and I am looking forward to start work on it soon," confirms Khemu.
The actor confesses that he was a little wary before starting work on Golmaal 3. But co-actor Arshad Warsi came to his rescue on the sets and made him comfortable. "We got along like a house on fire. I was really nervous initially, but he made me feel really comfortable after a couple of meetings. It will be great to work with him again," adds Khemu, who is in the process of reading more scripts.
A lesser-known fact about Khemu is his avid love for Hollywood TV shows. “I own some 2,000 DVDs. Whenever I have nothing to do, I am catching re-runs of TV shows and movies. I am currently watching the seasons of How I Met Your Mother, Dexter and Wire. I would love to portray Dexter if I ever got a chance,” says Khemu.
