Love Sex Aur Dhoka

Love Sex Aur Dhoka actor Anshuman Jha graduates to a more intense role with director Sanjay Khanduri’s next Kismat Love Paisa Dilli. The film, a sequel of the 2007 hit Ek Chalis Ki Last Local, will see Anshuman play a negative character.

“He is like a innocent-faced devil. The character is a bit surreal and has shades of grey,” says Anshuman, who started shooting for the film on Sunday.

The sequel to the original film, which starred Abhay Deol and Neha Dhupia, will now feature a fresh pair—Viveik Oberoi and Mallika Sherawat. It is Anshuman’s first mainstream project since LSD (2010). The budding actor, however took time off before signing on the film.

“We had some date issues,” explains Anshuman, who was working on director Amit Singh Chauhan’s Boys Toh Boys Hai and had committed to the south director Janaki Viswanathan’s debut Bollywood film Bakhra. “Now it’s sorted. I will be shooting for KLPD for a week now and then go to Latur to shoot for Janaki’s film. There on, I’ll resume shooting for KLPD in February,” adds Jha.

Excited to be part of this big Bollywood project, Jha reveals that he will share equal screen space as the two lead actors. “When Sanjay met me he said that he had me in mind for this particular character when he was writing the script,” he says, adding that there isn’t any love triangle of sorts. “My character is pivotal to the whole story but he has his own track and journey in the film. It is completely different from Rahul in LSD. For the first time, the audience will see me doing action in the film,” he says.
