Actor Mahaakshay Chakraborty has joined comedy acting classes to learn the art of making people laugh.

Actor Mahaakshay Chakraborty feels making people laugh is not child’s play.

Actor Mahaakshay Chakraborty recently enrolled himself in comedy acting classes, as he says that he is determined to become a fine artist

“I am always open to ­learning and when I got to know about these classes, I couldn’t say no to joining them. I’m sure I will get to learn a lot more of what ­acting can bring to the table,” says Mahaakshay who is also known by his ­nickname Mimoh.

The actor, who made his Bollywood debut with Jimmy (2008), later went on to do films such as The Murderer (2011), Haunted — 3D (2011), Loot (2011) and Enemmy (2013) and Ishqedarriyaan (2015).

Although he has ­experimented with various genres such as horror, action and romantic, Mahaakshay feels that doing a comedy film is any day a more ­difficult task. (Viral Bhayani)

“I feel comedy is the most difficult part of acting and if one can master it, more than half the battle is won,” he says and adds, “I have met so many young aspiring actors and they are so talented that I feel like a newbie all over again. It is an exciting ­experience for me to learn something. Every time I learn something new, I know that it is going to help me become a better person and a good artist.”
