For a small budget film made on a budget roughly estimated at Rs 5/5.6 crore, the weekend collections are pretty decent. The movie will mostly recover its budget and start earning profits in the first week of its release.

Mickey Virus, starring Manish Paul, Elli Avram, Puja Gupta, Manish Chaudhari, Varun Badola, Raghav Kakkar, Vikesh Kumar and Nitesh Pandey, hit theatres on Oct 25.

Talking to Hindustantimes.com, the director Saurabh Verma seemed elated with the response. He said that he is happy that the comedy thriller is doing decent business. "I am happier because I have received more positive feedback from women than men. Mickey Virus having a tech backdrop, I did not expect this," he added.
