Actors Neil Nitin Mukesh and Richa Chadda recently played Holi on the sets of the film Ishqeria.
Around 300 kgs of colour was used for a song of the film, which is being directed by Prerna Wadhawan. Ganesh Acharya has choreographed the song composed by Pappon.
The song was shot in span of 4 days, and hence, it was a big task to carry the colours on sets everyday and take it back in the evening. The director ensured the use of herbal colours to avoid any skin reactions, and so, the cast and crew enjoyed themselves in the colorful environment.
“Everyday, by the end of the shoot, the whole unit used to end up playing Holi among themselves, and hence, we had to ensure we don’t run out of colours,” says Prerna.
Ishqeria is a romantic comedy set in the hills of Mussourie. The film also stars actors Raj Babbar, Bani and Manish Anand. The film is set to release this year.
