Bollywood seems to have finally caught up with the world wide trend of interacting with fans through Google Hangout. After politicians such as Narendra Modi and Akhilesh Yadav, and actors such as Salman Khan, now newcomers Pulkit Samrat, Manjot Singh, Ali Fazal and Varun Sharma will be using the Google+ feature to promote their upcoming film, Fukrey.

A source close to the Farhan Akhtar-Ritesh Sidhwani production tells us, “It is a unique proposition. The boys will feature in a hangout for the on-going T20 tournament. It will be a live show hosted by stand up comics Tanmay Bhat, G Khamba, Jose and Ramona. Users will be able to watch them on the official T20 tournament’s YouTube channel between matches.” The cast will talk about everything from cricket to the film and their own experiences.

Ritesh confirms the news, saying, “Yes, the cast will be visiting the Google office on April 25 for the same.” Fukrey primarily revolves around the lives of four young boys who aspire to go to college. On their journey, they are involved in bizarre incidents that form the crux of the film.
