Television show Bigg Boss which is known for its controversies, link-ups and altercations will now be made into a feature film. Rohit Jugraj, better known as Viveka Babajee's ex boyfriend, will direct this film reportedly.
"After the hype and popularity of Bigg Boss, several filmmakers have thought about turning it into a film. If the tele series Khichdi could work well when turned into a film, Bigg Boss too can surely go on the silver screen," a source told Times of India.
The film will mainly highlight the controversies in the Bigg Boss House. It will star participants from the show as well as some other actors who have never participated in the show.
There may be a few changes in the format.
"There will be some minor changes introduced in the film. For instance, the given tasks, the wild card entry, and the way one gets evicted will not necessarily be the same as the show," added the source.
The makers of the film are also planning to rope in an A-list celebrity as their wild card entry reportedly. However, Rohit Jugraj denied these reports.
"Nothing of this sort. I am working on two scripts but none related to Bigg Boss," he told the daily.
But the source confirmed saying, "The script is very much in progress."
