Ekta Kapoor is looking for the female lead for her upcoming film starring Emraan Hashmi, Azhar. The first teaser of the biopic on former Indian cricket team captain Mohammed Azharuddin was released last month. Pakistani VJ-turned-actor Urwa Hocane has now claimed that she got an offer for Azhar which she refused as there are "bold scenes" in the film.

The 23-year-old claimed that she refused to play the lead role in Ekta Kapoor's latest production Azhar, reported the Express Tribune. Issuing a clarification, she said doing bold scenes were not the only reason to refuse the offer, as she was also busy working on a local production titled Jhol.
