Shekhar Suman is being slammed online for criticising Kangana Ranaut and the box office failure of her latest, Rangoon.

Bollywood actor Shekhar Suman tweeted about a “cocained actress” and the failure of her film Monday night and Twitterarti began slamming him for criticizing Kangana Ranaut - her latest release, Rangoon, has not fared well at the box office. And, Bollywood fans know too well that Sumans and Kangana share a rather bitter equation ever since Kangana’s boyfriend and Shekhar’s son Adhyayan spoke about their former relationship in 2011.

Shekhar shared some tweets, which were certainly not in the best spirits. “One cocained actress was carrying the burden of her non-existent stardom. She has fallen flat on her face n how. Guess this is poetic justice,” he wrote.

Twitterati was quick to lap up and slam Shekhar over his tweets.

Soon, Shekhar replied to the trolls in his own style:

The war between Shekhar Suman and Kangana came under the spotlight, when Adhyayan - Kangana’s former boyfriend and son of Shekhar Suman - came out in public last year to share his experience during the course of their relationship. According to Adhyayan, he was tortured and abused by the ‘Queen’ actress, when they were together. He even accused her of being a drug addict.

Vishal Bhardwaj directed Rangoon, which released in around 1800 screens across the country, did not do as good as expected and earned a total to Rs 20.22 in four days.

The film, starring Saif Ali Khan and Shahid Kapoor, along with Kangana, released on February 24.
